Tips for healthy flying
- Drink plenty of water before the flight to avoid dehydration.
- Avoid alcohol and coffee; they have diuretic properties.
- Don`t eat too heavily before or during a flight.
- Have some sleep before the trip and during the flight.
- Keep your hands clean.
- Take your vitamins.
- Get up and walk and stretch as frequently as possible.
- If you`re prone to air sickness, ask for a window seat over the wing.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes for your flight.
- Give yourself plenty of time to get to the airport
