American minister of the Treasury wants to buy up from the banks the toxic assets

The American minister Timothy Geithner has already introduced the plan assuming the improvement of banks’ situation. The program aims at buying up the toxic assets which come from unpaid mortgage loans. The money for this venture is going to be taken from The TARP fund (Toxic Assets Relief Program) which had been created by American Congress. The entire plan is supposed to cost from 75 billion dollars to 100 billion. The administration estimates that the inclusive sum of such assets may amount to even 200 billion in general.
