1. Zaimków one/ones używamy, aby zastąpić rzeczownik policzalny, który został użyty już wcześniej. Rzeczowniki w liczbie pojedynczej zastępujemy zaimkiem one. Natomiast rzeczowniki w liczbie mnogiej zastępujemy zaimkiem ones.

Do you like pizza? Yes, I’m eating one at the moment.
Which dresses are more elegant? The red ones.

2. Określnika another stosujemy przed rzeczownikami policzalnymi w liczbie pojedynczej lub przed one w znaczeniu ‘jeszcze jeden’ lub ‘jakiś inny’:

I don’t like this jacket. Show me another one, please.
