Dear Mrs Lumley,
I am writing to you because I am looking for a good place to organize a conference. I am of the opinion that your hotel meets all good standards to organize such meetings. If possible, I would like to reserve a conference room for three nights from 3 to 5 September this year.
Moreover, we need to book 26 single rooms and 8 double rooms. Ideally, we would prefer rooms with bathrooms. One of our delegates is disabled, so we will need a room situated either on the ground floor, or near a lift. When it comes to a conference room, there are going to be some presentations, so we would like to have a digital projector, DVD recorder, and 4 whiteboards.
Another thing which is very important to us concerns tickets for the rugby match in Cardiff. Can your try to get some tickets for all our delegates?
Finally, we want to know what food and drinks can you serve. We are also interested in a vegetarian food.
Could you please let me know you rooms availability and rates with breakfast and dinner? I would like to thank you for all your help. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
