What with our retirements and pensions?

After speculations supposedly the public purse was lack of 8 billion for our retirements and pensions, State Social Insurance Company announced that there is no danger and all the payments will be given on time and entirely. So, what caused all these gossips? The fact that slowing-down economy, decreasing salaries and going up unemployment results that less and less money get to the enterprise account. For the time being, according to the announcement, we should not be afraid of any problems with our money.
